FAQ
How do I get to AFAS Stadion?+
AFAS Stadion is in Alkmaar. Public transport is strongly recommended on European nights — city metro, tram or rail services usually run extra capacity around kick-off, and stadium parking is limited and often reserved.
What time should I arrive at AFAS Stadion?+
Arrive 60–90 minutes before kick-off. Europa League matches use enhanced security checks and bag restrictions, so queues at the turnstiles build up earlier than for domestic games.
Where are the best seats at AFAS Stadion?+
Central sections in the lower and second tiers give the best overall view, the ends behind the goals carry the loudest atmosphere, and upper corners are usually the cheapest. Away supporters are seated in a designated segregated section.
Are tickets at AFAS Stadion sold out for Europa League games?+
Big-name visitors sell out quickly, especially in the club's member phase. Check each fixture page for its demand rating and the ticket links we track for that match.
